Removal (2.2L)

Remove ignition coil housing with spark plug boots from spark plugs. See IGNITION COIL HOUSING . See Figure . To avoid getting water and debris into the spark plug holes, use compressed air and a shop rag to blow out each spark plug hole before plugs are removed. Using a 5/8" spark plug socket, remove spark plugs.
