Removal (2.2L)

- Remove outlet resonator/duct assembly. See AIR CLEANER OUTLET RESONATOR/DUCT ASSEMBLY .
- Cover throttle body opening with a shop towel. Use compressed air to remove any dirt at the base of the throttle body. Disconnect electrical connector at throttle body. See Figure . Remove throttle body bolts. Remove throttle body. Remove throttle body gasket and discard. Cover the intake manifold opening with a shop towel to prevent any foreign material from entering.
