The engine run time is more than 2 minutes.
The ECT sensor parameter is more than 158°F (70°C).
The IAT Sensor parameter is more than -0.4°F (-18°C).
The BARO sensor parameter is more than 72 kPa.
The Ignition 1 Signal parameter is 9-18 volts.
The TP Sensor parameter is less than 1.5 percent.
The Vehicle Speed Sensor parameter is less than 3 MPH.
The conditions are met for more than 8 seconds.
