The engine is running.
The minimum IAT sensor parameter is more than 19°F (-7°C).
The ECT sensor parameter at start up is more than -40°F (-40°C).
The ECT sensor parameter at start up is less than 172°F (78°C).
The engine has been running for more than 2 minutes, but less than 30 minutes.
The vehicle speed is more than 15 MPH for more than one mile.
The Mass Airflow (MAF) average reading is more than 15 g/s.
