Leaf Spring Bushing: Removal

Raise and support the vehicle.
Remove the leaf spring assembly from the vehicle. See LEAF SPRING .
Place the leaf spring in a press. Press the bushing out. See Fig 1 . Clean the spring bushing bore of any foreign or old bushing material.
