Coil Spring: Installation

- Install the coil spring and the upper insulator. See Figure .
- Raise the rear axle.
- Install the lower shock absorber nuts to the rear axle. Tighten the lower shock absorber retaining nut and bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the stabilizer shaft link to the stabilizer shaft and frame.
- Install the stabilizer shaft link retaining nut. Tighten the stabilizer shaft link retaining nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the RTD sensor harness connector to the vehicle harness connector (if equipped).
- Remove the rear axle support.
- Lower the vehicle.
NOTE:
When tightening the lower link nut, verify that the inner jam nut bottoms out on the ball stud.
