Front Cover: Notes

CAUTION: Crankshaft pulley, bolt head and washer prevent oil leaking from center of pulley. DO NOT damage sealing surfaces. Oil pump is housed in front cover. DO NOT pry on front cover when removing crankshaft pulley.

NOTE: Oil pump and front cover are replaced as an assembly.

NOTE: The engine must be supported when the right hand engine mount is removed. If the floor jack is being used, the vehicle should not be lifted on a hoist. If raising the vehicle on a hoist, the Three Bar Engine Support (SA9105E) must be used.
