DTC P1514: Throttle Body Performance: Description

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) uses the following information in order to calculate an expected airflow rate:
- Throttle Position (TP).
- Barometric (BARO) pressure.
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT).
- Engine RPM.
