Engine is operating for at least 2 seconds.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is more than -40°F (-40°C).
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is more than -40°F (-40°C).
Barometric (BARO) pressure is more than 19 in. Hg (65 kPa).
System voltage is 9-18 volts.
The vehicle speed is less than 3 MPH.
