Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) is more than 7.7 in. Hg (26 kPa).
Vehicle speed is less than 82 MPH.
Engine speed is 550-3400 RPM.
Barometric pressure is more than 21.3 in. Hg (72 kPa).
Fuel ethanol composition is less than 88 percent.
Fuel level is more than 9.8 percent.
