Ride Too Soft

- Road test the vehicle in order to verify the customer complaint. Does the vehicle ride too soft? If so, proceed to next step. If not, system is okay.
- Inspect the tires for the proper inflation pressure. Is the tire inflation pressure correct? If so, go to step 4. If not, proceed to next step.
- Inflate the tires to the correct pressure. When complete, proceed to next step.
- Inspect the vehicle trim height. See TRIM HEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS . Repair as necessary. When complete, proceed to next step.
- Inspect the springs and the struts for wear or damage. When complete, proceed to next step.
- Replace all of the worn or damaged components.

- For rear, see STRUT ASSEMBLY .
NOTE:
It may be necessary to compare the results of the road test to a like vehicle that is operating properly.
