Cruise Control Cable (4.0L V8): Removal

- Disconnect the cruise control cable from the throttle body cam (1). See Figure.
- Disconnect the cruise control cable from the throttle body bracket.
- Twist the cruise control cable housing counterclockwise in order to release the cable housing from the cruise control module. See Figure.
- Disconnect the cruise control cable ball stud (1) from the actuator strip (2) on the cruise control module. See Figure.
- Remove the cable from the retainer (2). See Figure.
