Mass Airflow Sensor: Installation

- Carefully push MAF sensor into air cleaner housing with flow arrow on MAF sensor pointing away from air cleaner. Tighten air cleaner housing-to-MAF sensor hose clamp to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install MAF sensor/air cleaner housing into vehicle. Tighten MAF sensor-to-outlet duct hose clamp to specification. Fasten air cleaner cover retaining clips. Reconnect harness connector to MAF sensor. Connect negative battery cable and tighten negative battery cable-to-battery bolt to specification.
