Removal & Installation

Remove the left fuel rail cover. See Figure. Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Fuel pulse dampener is located on fuel rail. See Figure. Clean any dirt from the fuel pulse dampener retaining ring. Remove the fuel pulse dampener retaining ring. Remove the fuel pulse dampener from the fuel rail.
