Removal & Installation

Secondary Air Injection (AIR) shut off valve is located under left front of vehicle, next to AIR pump. Raise and support the vehicle. Remove the left side lower close-out panel. See Figure. Remove the vacuum hose from the AIR shut off valve. Remove the clamps from the AIR shut off valve hoses. Remove the AIR hose from the AIR shut off valve outlet port. Remove the AIR shut off valve. To install, reverse removal procedure.
