Conditions For Running DTC

DTCs P0452 and P0453 are not set.
ECT at start-up is less than 95°F (35°C).
Engine run time is 1-12 seconds.
EVAP diagnostics are not running.
DTC P0451 diagnostic runs once per ignition cycle.
