Test Description

The numbers below refers to the step numbers on the diagnostic procedure.

  1. 4 -  This step tests for an internally shorted CKP sensor.
  2. 5 -  This step tests for a short to voltage in the battery circuit.
  3. 6 -  This step tests for a short to voltage in the battery circuit.
  4. 7 -  This step tests for a short to voltage in the ignition circuit.
  5. 8 -  This step tests for a short to voltage in the ignition circuit.
