Removal (Mode)

Remove left instrument panel insulator. Remove instrument panel knee bolster bracket. Disconnect vacuum lines from mode actuator. Lift lock tab up to remove actuator. See Figure. Remove mode actuator off slides of HVAC module assembly. See Figure. Disconnect actuator pushrod from mode door lever and remove actuator. See Figure.
