Installation (Recirculation)

Install recirculation actuator. Connect recirculation actuator plunger rod to recirculation door, then extend plunger. Ensure recirculation actuator retaining tab is positioned above mating base on HVAC control assembly case. Push vacuum actuator toward HVAC control assembly case to secure retaining tab. Ensure vacuum actuator pushrod is not binding on recirculation lever. Connect vacuum harness connector to recirculation actuator. Install glove box. Install right instrument panel insulator.
