Heat Shield: Removal

- Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
- Remove the bolts (2) from the front heat shield (1). See Fig 1 .
- Remove the front heat shield (1) from the transmission.
- Remove the bolt (4) and the nut (5) from the side heat shield (3).
- Remove the side heat shield (3) from the transmission.
