Auxiliary Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. Remove the front grill assembly.
  2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  3. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the auxiliary cooler.
  4. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler bolts (1) and push pins (2). See Fig 1 .
  5. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.
