Fluid Filler Tube: Installation

CAUTION:
DO NOT place the fluid filler tube seal on the fluid filler tube when installing the tube or damage to the seal will result.
Install the fluid filler tube seal in the transaxle. See Fig 1 . Position the fluid filler tube into the transaxle. Install the fluid filler tube bracket bolt through the fluid filler tube bracket. See Figure . Tighten the fluid filler tube bracket bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . At the top of the filler tube, install the retaining nut to the filler tube the EGR at the top of the filler tube. Install the air cleaner assembly. Fill transaxle with appropriate fluid to proper level. See LUBRICATION . Inspect for fluid leaks.
