Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Buick Regal and 2002 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the screws (1) from the rear water trough.
  3. Rotate the trough toward the rear to remove it from the hold down.
  4. Remove the water trough.

  5. Remove the sunshade by bowing the sunshade in the center and pushing the sunshade to one side to allow the opposite side to be lifted out of the sunshade channel.

  6. Remove the sunshade from the sunroof module.
