Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Buick Regal and 2002 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Align the wire harness to the sunroof module.

  2. Connect the electrical connectors to the Position Encoding System Module.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the body harness.
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the express module.
  5. Install new nylon tie straps to the express module and the drive cable tube.
  6. Install new tape to hold the wire harness to the module.
  7. Connect the electrical connector to the control switch.
  8. Cycle the sunroof for correct operation.
  9. Install the rear shelf. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SHELF .
  10. Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT .
