Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rubber conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Rear Door .
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
  4. Remove the rear door inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner .
  5. Remove the rear door outer sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer .
  6. Remove the stationary window molding.
  7. Remove the rear door frame molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Frame .
  8. Remove the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door .
  9. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Rear Outside .
  10. Remove the inside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Rear Inside .
  11. Remove the lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Rear Door .
  12. Remove the door window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window .
  13. Remove the window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Rear Door .
  14. Disconnect the wiring harness.
  15. Support the door.
  16. Remove the intermediate door hinge bolts (1).

  18. Remove the door.
