Up/Down or In/Out Adjustment

Important:  The door side upper and lower hinge bolts must remain tight enough to retain door adjusted position

  1. Loosen the 13 mm door side upper and lower hinge bolts. Do not remove the bolts.
  2. Fig 1: Identifying Front Door (Door Side) Hinge Bolts

  3. Adjust the door up or down by repositioning the door as needed.
  4. Adjust the door in or out by repositioning the door as needed.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  5. Tighten the 13 mm door side hinge bolts. Tighten the door side upper and lower hinge bolts to 33 N.m (24 ft lbs).
