Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Buick Regal and 2002 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the accessory power receptacle fuse.
  2. Remove the accessory power receptacle by placing one side of the "T" portion of the J 42059  into the receptacle opening. Angle the other side into the opposite opening. Pull the accessory power receptacle straight out.
  3. Remove the J 42059  .

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the front floor console accessory power receptacle.

  5. Remove the accessory power receptacle retainer.
