Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the floor console trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console Front .
  2. Remove the floor console rear compartment mat.
  3. Remove the floor console rear compartment bolts.

  5. Remove the floor console nuts.
  6. Remove the horizontal bolts near the Instrument Panel (I/P).
  7. Remove the floor console power accessory port. Refer to Power Accessory Port Replace - Front Floor Console (D55)  or Power Accessory Port Replace - Front Floor Console (D06)  .
  8. Disconnect the wiring harness from the floor console.
  9. Pull the floor console rearward in order to release the retainers from the I/P.
  10. Remove the floor console.
