Air Cleaner Intake Duct: Removal

- Loosen the air cleaner intake duct clamps (2 and 6). See Fig 1 .
- Remove the PCV tube (4) from the air cleaner intake duct. See Fig 1 .
- Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector (3).
- Disconnect the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector (5).
- Remove the air cleaner intake duct from the air cleaner assembly (8) and the throttle body.
- Loosen the clamp on the MAF sensor and remove the air cleaner intake duct from the MAF sensor (7). See Fig 1 .
- If replacing the air cleaner intake duct, remove the IAT sensor (1) with a twisting and pulling motion. See Fig 1 .
