Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Buick Regal and 2002 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the aspirator into the case.
  2. Install the aspirator mounting screws.

    Tighten: 

    Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 in lbs)

  3. Connect the aspirator hose to the muffler.
  4. Install the left side insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT in GAUGES AND INSTRUMENT PANELS .
