Installation Procedure

  1. Align the rear tab with the slot in the rear bracket and push the sight shield inward to engage.
  2. Pull sight shield down and align the studs on the intake manifold with the holes in the sight shield.
    CAUTION: Refer toFASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the fuel injector sight shield (1) nuts (2).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fuel injector sight shield nuts to 3 N.m (27 in lbs).
