Throttle Position Sensor: Removal

- Throttle Position (TP) sensor is located on the side of the throttle body. See Figure or Figure . Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator, air cleaner intake duct and vent hose.
- On 3.4L, disconnect EVAP purge line and fuel lines. See FUEL LINE QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS under FUEL SYSTEMS.
- On all models, disconnect the TP sensor harness connector.
- Remove the throttle TP sensor screws.
- Remove the TP sensor and "O" ring.
