Removal (3.4L)

Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor is located on top left side of engine next to ignition coils. See Figure . Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
Remove the screws that attach the MAP sensor to the bracket. See Fig 1 .
Disconnect the MAP sensor harness connector.
Disconnect the MAP inlet vacuum hose.
Remove the MAP sensor from the bracket.
