Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

  1. With the throttle in the closed position, install the TP sensor and seal.
  2. Install a NEW TP sensor screw. Tighten the TP sensor screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Connect the TP sensor harness connector (2). See Figure.
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet resonator.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
