Idle Air Control Valve: Removal

IAC valve is located on side of throttle body. See Fig 1.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator.
- Disconnect harness connector from IAC valve.
- Remove IAC valve screw.
- Remove IAC valve and seal from throttle body assembly.
