Removal (HPR)

- High Pressure Regulator (HPR) is located in left side of trunk compartment. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE (CNG) .
- Lower the rear seat.
- Loosen the lower vent hose clamp.
- Pull the vent hose from the HPR.
- Disconnect the HPR to the HPL fuel line from the HPR.
- Remove the HPR mounting nut. See Fig 1.
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Install hose pinching clamps on the coolant inlet and the outlet lines at the HPR.
- Remove the coolant hoses from the HPR.
- Disconnect the fuel outlet line from the HPR. See Fig 2.
- Remove the HPR.
