Removal & Installation (Right & Left)

Remove HVAC head. See HVAC CONTROL HEAD . Remove Mode Actuator. See MODE ACTUATOR . Remove Recirculation Actuator. See RECIRCULATION ACTUATOR . Remove right and left Air Temperature Mode Actuators. See AIR TEMPERATURE DOOR ACTUATORS . Remove mode actuator bracket fasteners and bracket. Remove upper module case fasteners. Peel back foam from heater inlet and remove upper case. Remove Right or Left Temperature Door. See Fig 1 & Fig 2 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
