Knock Sensor: Removal

Remove the intake manifold (1). See appropriate article in ENGINES. See Fig 1 .
Disconnect the Knock Sensor (KS) harness connector (2). See Fig 2 .
Remove the nut (1) securing KS (2) to the engine block. See Fig 2 .
Remove the KS (2) from engine block.
