Heated Oxygen Sensor 2: Installation

- Apply a coating of anti-seize on the HO2S 2 sensor threads if reusing HO2S. NEW HO2S comes with anti-seize on threads. Install HO2S 2 (2) into the exhaust pipe. See Figure .
- Tighten HO2S 2 to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the HO2S 2 wiring pigtail and body plug (1) into the floor pan. See Figure .
- Lower vehicle.
- Connect HO2S 2 harness connector (1). See Figure .
- Install the rear floor console.
