Heated Oxygen Sensor 1: Removal

  1. Remove the carpet retaining pin (1) from the front floor console (3). See Fig 1 .
  2. Pull back the carpet (2) from the area near the front floor console (3).
  3. Disconnect HO2S 1 harness connector (1). See Fig 2 .
  4. Raise and support vehicle.
  5. Remove HO2S 1 wiring pigtail and body plug (1) from the floor pan.
  6. Remove HO2S 1 (2) from the exhaust pipe.
