Removal (Front)

  1. Release the park brake.
  2. Remove the park brake pedal. See PARK BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLY .
  3. Roll the carpet back to access cable grommet. See Fig 1.
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.
  5. Disengage the grommet and the cable from the floor pan. See Fig 2.
  6. Disconnect the front cable from the intermediate cable.
  7. Remove the cable from the body mount by depressing the retaining tabs.
  8. Remove the cable.
