Installation (Intermediate)

  1. Install the intermediate cable.
  2. Connect the intermediate cable to the front cable. See Figure.
  3. Connect the equalizer to the rear park brake cables.
  4. Install the nut to the threaded end of the intermediate cable. See Figure. Tighten the nut to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Remove the safety stands.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Adjust the park brake system. See PARK BRAKE ADJUSTMENT  under ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTION.
