Fuel Level Sender: Installation

  1. Install fuel level sender. Install retaining clip to fuel level sender. Connect electrical connector to fuel level sender. Connect electrical connector retaining clip the fuel level sender. Connect fuel pump electrical connector.
  2. Install fuel sender assembly. Install fuel tank. Refill fuel tank. Install fuel filler cap. Connect negative battery cable. Turn ON the ignition for 2 seconds, turn OFF the ignition for 10 seconds, turn ON the ignition and inspect for leaks.
