Conditions For Setting The DTC

DTC will set under the following condition:
- DTC P0713 sets when the TCM detects a voltage greater than 4.84 volts across the transmission fluid temperature sensor terminals or a temperature less than -32.8°F (-36°C) for 2 seconds.
