Test Description

The numbers listed below refer to step numbers in the diagnostic procedure:

  1. 4  - This step tests 5-volt reference voltage.
  2. 5  - This step tests for unrealistic changes in transmission fluid temperature.
  3. 6  - This step tests the TFT sensor and internal wiring harness.
  4. 7  - This step tests the wiring harness for opens or shorts.
  5. 9  - This step tests the resistance of the TFT sensor.
