Vehicle Speed Sensor: Removal

Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
Disconnect the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) electrical connector. See Fig 1 .
Remove the one retaining bolt (1) and the VSS (2) from the transaxle.
Inspect the VSS "O" ring for cuts or damage. Replace as necessary.
