Cooler Pipes & Hoses: Installation

  1. Install or connect the fluid cooler inlet pipe, outlet pipe and bracket to the transaxle. Secure the pipe bracket to the transaxle with one bolt.
  2. Install the following to the transaxle and fluid cooler:
    1. The fluid cooler inlet hose to the fluid cooler inlet pipe. Secure with the one clamp.
    2. The fluid cooler inlet hose to the transaxle fluid cooler. Secure with the one clamp.
    3. The fluid cooler outlet hose to the fluid cooler outlet pipe. Secure with the one clamp.
    4. The fluid cooler outlet hose to the transaxle fluid cooler. Secure with the one clamp.
  3. Remove the drain pan from under the transaxle fluid cooler.
  4. Refill the transaxle with appropriate fluid to proper level. See DRAINING & REFILLING  under LUBRICATION.
