Cooler Pipes & Hoses: Removal

- Place a drain pan or suitable container under the transaxle fluid cooler.
- Remove the following from the fluid cooler inlet and the outlet:
- The one clamp and the fluid cooler inlet hose.
- The one clamp and the fluid cooler outlet hose.
- Remove the following from the transaxle inlet and the outlet pipes:
- The one clamp and the fluid cooler inlet hose.
- The one clamp and the fluid cooler outlet hose.
- Remove the one bolt and the fluid cooler pipe bracket. See Fig 1 .
- Disconnect the fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipes from the transaxle. See Fig 2 .
- Inspect the transaxle fluid cooler hoses for leaks or fatigue. Replace as necessary.
- Inspect the fluid cooler pipes for kinks, leaks or other damage. Replace as necessary.
