Removal Procedure

Drain the generator control module cooling system. Refer to Generator Control Module Cooling System Draining and Filling .
Remove the drive motor power inverter module bracket. Refer to Generator Control Module Bracket Replacement .

Using J 38185: Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the radiator surge tank outlet hose clamp (1).
Remove radiator surge tank outlet hose (2) from radiator surge tank.

Using J 38185: Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the radiator surge tank outlet hose clamp (1).
Remove radiator surge tank outlet hose (2) from radiator air separator.
Remove the radiator surge tank outlet hose from the vehicle.
