Conditions for Running the DTC

The engine speed is greater than 80 RPM.
The ignition voltage is between 8-18 volts.
The injector has been commanded ON and OFF at least once.
The engine is not operating in decel fuel cut-off (DFCO) mode.
The DTCs run continuously once the above conditions are met for greater than 1 second.
